The LEAP (Learned, Engaged, Accelerated, Professionals) Work-Readiness programme is an empowering initiative enabling students and young graduates by equipping them with essential life skills and the confidence necessary for success in the workplace. The programme emphasises the value of academic knowledge and practical experience and enables participants to secure employment and excel in the dynamic and competitive professional world.
Over the years, this programme has gained remarkable popularity, attracting a significant number of participants, with an impressive count of more than 1 500 individuals in 2022. The workshop modules encompass a diverse range of topics
essential for professional success, including CV writing, interview skills, personal branding (including creating a compelling digital presence) and consumer financial education.
The PPS Foundation successfully sustained our invaluable partnerships with PPS Life Broker Services, Life Advisory, the Golden Key Society and the Ikusasa Student Financial Aid Programme (ISFAP) to amplify the impact of the workshops further. Furthermore, in a concerted effort to support students in financial matters, the dedicated team at PPS actively conducted financial literary seminars. By fostering these strategic alliances and providing comprehensive guidance, the PPS Foundation is dedicated to equipping students with the necessary tools for a successful future.
