Application Process
1. Application Form
Complete the web-based Application form to capture details relating to you and your practice of medicine
For dentists we also require the completion of a short supplementary application form specific to your dental clinical practice. This form can be downloaded here, and once completed can be uploaded using the file upload functionality on the insurance related section of the online application form.
2. Underwriting
The information supplied and our underwriting guidelines will be used to underwrite the clinical risk presented
3. Quote
Your personalised quote for indemnity insurance will be provided for your consideration
4. Acceptance
Should our quotation meet your requirements, you can accept the quote and complete the necessary debit order instruction after which your policy will be issued and put in force
