The LEAP (Learned, Engaged, Accelerated, Professionals) Work-Readiness programme is an empowering initiative enabling students and young graduates by equipping them with essential life skills and the confidence necessary for success in the workplace. The programme emphasises the value of academic knowledge and practical experience and enables participants to secure employment and excel in the dynamic and competitive professional world.
In 2023, LEAP was well-received by its audience, reaching more than 700 students. This response highlights the programme's relevance and effectiveness in bridging the gap between academic education and professional readiness. LEAP assists students with their CVs, interview skills and the impact of their digital presence. It also provides them with sound financial education, ensuring they are well-prepared to navigate the complexities of adulthood.
In addition to these core elements, LEAP continually evolves to address emerging trends and challenges in the job market. By incorporating feedback from participants and industry experts, the programme remains agile and responsive, ensuring it delivers the most current and impactful training.
