The PPS Foundation takes immense pride in unveiling the 2023 cohort of graduates, helping to bridge the skills gap in South Africa and nurture a cadre of adept professionals. This year, we boast 19 graduates who have triumphantly navigated their educational journeys, earning degrees in diverse fields such as Medicine, Engineering, Commerce, Information Technology, Statistics, Urban Planning and Sociology. The graduates’ achievements are not only testimony to their own hard work but to the collective effort of everyone who played a role in their achievements. Their success signifies more than just a degree, it represents the promise of a brighter future.
During their academic journey, graduates received funding for their tuition fees and essential academic resources, alleviating financial uncertainty and allowing them to focus solely on their studies. Recognising the challenges that come with rigorous academic pursuits, the Foundation also ensured that beneficiaries had access to academic and emotional support to help them navigate the pressures of university life and personal development.
As the PPS Foundation Class of 2023 steps into the future, they carry with them the values and skills imparted by a programme that believes in shaping tomorrow's South Africa today. Their success is a testament to the power of shared efforts and a beacon of hope for the next generation of South African leaders.
