Further Notice of the Annual General Meeting to the Members: Virtual Meeting

(‘PPS’)

The Notice of the 9 June 2020 PPS Annual General Meeting [click here] was published to Ordinary Members of PPS on 15 April 2020.

In the interest of maintaining Covid-19 social distancing, the Board of PPS has decided that this Annual General Meeting will be held entirely virtually on 9 June 2020 at 18:00.

Proxy voting using the proxy form [click here] provided on the PPS website will continue to be permitted as stipulated in the Notice of the Annual General Meeting until 18:00 on 4 June 2020.  Ordinary Members will only be permitted to withdraw submitted proxy forms until 18:00 on 4 June 2020. 

Ordinary Members who have not submitted a proxy form by 18:00 on 4 June 2020, may cast their vote electronically before or at the Annual General Meeting.  Electronic voting will open at 09:00 on Monday 8 June 2020 and will be closed by the Chairman of the Annual General Meeting during the course of the meeting.

Ordinary Members will on 8 June 2020 be provided with a link enabling them to register for, participate in and vote (if they have not submitted a proxy form) electronically at the 9 June 2020 Annual General Meeting. 

The results of the voting at the Annual General Meeting will be announced at the Annual General Meeting as soon as they have been verified by the appointed scrutineers, KPMG, or will be published on the PPS website as soon as possible after the meeting.
