In my capacity as the Secretary of The Professional Provident Society Holdings Trust, I hereby certify in terms of section 88(2)
(e), of the Companies Act of 2008 and the Trust Deed that for the year ended 31 December 2017, the Group has lodged with the
Companies and Intellectual Property Commission all such returns as are required in terms of this Act. I also confirm that all returns
to the Master of the High Court’s office, required for The Professional Provident Society Holdings Trust in terms of its Trust Deed and
the Trust Property Control Act of 1988, are to the best of my knowledge and belief true, correct and up to date.
