2018, the Group has lodged with the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission all such returns as are

required in terms of this Act. I also confirm that all returns to the Master of the High Court’s office, required for

The Professional Provident Society Holdings Trust in terms of its Trust Deed and the Trust Property Control Act
